Commitment to my clients, trust and the Realtor Code of Ethics are most important to me.
Prior to my real estate career, I worked in manufacturing for 13 years. This helped me by working with management and sharpened my diversity skills by working with people from all walks of life and different countries. I also worked in the secretarial field for a number of years. This was a valuable asset also as there is a vast amount of paperwork in Real Estate & good organizational skills is important.
I have lived in the Upstate all of my life. I grew up in a small town and moved to Greenville in 1975. I am married to Greg who is also self-employed and owns All-Tech Auto Repair. I have 2 grown sons, Shane & Randall Bowers. Shane is attending Southeastern Baptist Seminary in Wake Forest, NC & Randall works installing flooring.
I attended the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and obtained my Real Estate license in 1999. I earned my Accredited Buyers Certification (ABR) in 2000 & became a certified relocation specialist with Prudential’s relocation department. (Buyers & Sellers)
I have been a multi-million dollar producer with Prudential in 2006 & 2007. I was also awarded the Team Person of the year in 2007.
I work with buyers and sellers regardless of price. Whether my client is in the 100k range or the one million dollar range, I will treat them the same.
It is my goal to be available & accessible to my clients. I strive to be your “personal” realtor. My job does not stop with getting the contract—it continues until closing & beyond. I believe in building relationships & retaining friendships.
I am a member of the Greenville Multiple Listing Service, Upstate Multiple Listing Service (Anderson), Greater Greenville Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors.
I serve several counties including, but not limited to Greenville, Pickens, Anderson & Oconee.
I enjoy cooking, spending time on Lake Keowee and an occasional trip to the beach.
